Sale Items

All sale items are non exchangeable nor refundable.
No cancellation of order once processed.
'1 for 1' & '2nd piece/set @ 50% off' - the higher priced item will be charged.
Free postage is not applicable for '1 for 1', '50% off' & '2nd piece/set @ 50%' items.
Free postage will be by Singpost normal mail.

Payment

Please make payments to either of the following bank accounts:

POSB savings account: 198-54142-7

UOB savings account: 392-101-571-0

Kindly make payment within 48 hours upon receiving our email of confirmation of your order/s. No payments received after 48 hours, order/s will be deemed cancelled.

Please drop an email to mybabysboutiqueinfo@gmail.com after you have done the transfer.

Email should include the following:

1.bank which payment was transferred to
2.transaction reference number
3.your name
4.contact number
5.mailing address

Upon receipt of your payment, we will then proceed to mail your order/s. Please allow 3 working days for your order/s to be processed.

Price of Product

All prices stated are NETT (excluding postage fees) & are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

Exchange

We aim to provide the best service to all our valued customers and ensure that satisfaction is obtained when shopping with us.

Please understand that as all items are purchased from distributors, items sold are not refundable nor exchangeable for other items.

An exchange will be made if:

-the colour of the item is not as per ordered

-the size of the item is not as per ordered

Cancellation

No cancellation is accepted once order has been processed.

Refund

A full refund will be made if:

-the item ordered is no longer in stock after payment is made
