Please read the following Terms & Conditions before filling up the order form:
1) Payment (either by ibanking/atm transfer) must be made by 15 April 2359hr. A confirmation email & payment invoice will be sent to you after you’ve sent in your orders.
2) Full payment will be collected. One-Avenue will not accept partial payment/deposit.
3) You will be able to receive your item(s) anytime from 22 April (Fri) onwards.
4) A meet-up will be arranged in the East (pasir ris/tampines/simei) & another at City Hall/Orchard/Vivocity. Location & Time to be confirmed at a later date.
5) All fields are compulsory. (Please note that Havaianas follows Brazilian shoe sizes). It will be good if you’re able to head to an outlet either at PS/Raffles City/ION/Bugis to check out your size before ordering.
6) Once your order is confirmed & payment has been made, you are not allowed to cancel your order.
7) Because we’re unsure if your item is available at the overseas store (they might not have that particular design/size there), we will take your next preference order and order it instead. If you have no other preferences, we will email you to inform you straight away and refunds will be allowed only in such cases.
8) If you are interested in a pair of Havaianas which is not on our site, you are allowed to email us a picture of it and we will help you check if it’s available for you!
